
Platon Alexandrakis
Experienced attorney Platon Alexandrakis is a Miami native. Platon specializes in areas of corporate transactional law, real estate law, general counsel, and civil defense litigation. Additionally, he represents clients in cases involving business transactions, contracts, real estate, international tax, maritime issues, and collection, as well as in forming both foreign and domestic corporations.
Platon received both his JD and MBA in 2007 from the University of Miami School of Law and Miami Herbert Business School, respectively. While obtaining his degrees, he clerked for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and a local Miami boutique litigation firm. Subsequently, he interned and worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation. In addition to his work representing businesses in the United States, Platon has represented many international businesses. He has had experience practicing law in Canada and is currently affiliated with law firms in Panama, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.
A member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Platon is licensed to practice law in Florida and is able to appear in federal court. He is also an Instructor of Business Law at the Miami Herbert Business School, teaching both undergraduate and graduate students.
